Step #1: Student Information

If your family is new to Jeffco, create a Jeffco Connect account using your personal information. Once you have created an account, then you will be able to enter your student's personal information.

If your family is returning to Jeffco (meaning you already have a Jeffco Connect account), sign in at Jeffco Connect.

New students must provide copies of their birth certificates, proof of residency (unless choice enrolled), and immunization records.

Step #2: Lunch Accounts (optional)

Setup or add money to lunch accounts at SchoolCafe. There is $2.00 convenience fee to add money to your student's account. Find additional instructions on how to use SchoolCafe on our cafeteria page. For added convenience download the SchoolCafe app on your phone.

Step #3: Free and Reduced Lunch (optional)

If applicable, complete the Free and Reduced Lunch Program application. If applying, please do not pay school fees pending application acceptance. To waive annual school fees (busing, lunch and/or Outdoor Lab, etc) you must check all release boxes at the end of the application.

Step #4: Pay Fees

Pay school fees, including bus fees, online through Jeffco Connect. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Parents are encouraged to use the Jeffco Student Fee Payment for online fee payment and to view statements. Middle school parents (6th-8th) please be patient and await finalization of your student's schedule before you pay fees.

Step #5: School Messenger

The contact information you submit online via Jeffco Connect is used by School Messenger for sending messages. Please ensure that you do not block messages from School Messenger and that you provide contact information in Jeffco Connect that allows the school to contact you in case of an emergency. If you make changes in Jeffco Connect to your contact information, it may take up to 24 hours for the information to change in School Messenger. Please note that official notifications are sent via email - you are responsible for making sure all of your content is current and email is checked regularly.

All medications, including cough drops and Ibuprofen, must be accompanied by a district medication agreement and must be in the original container. Prescription medications must have a doctor's signature on the form.

See our school supply list here. The Jeffco Action Center can provide assistance with supplies.
